My favorite bliss balls

Ingredients (use organic when possible)

2 dl shredded coconut

2 dl rolled oats (also called old-fashioned or whole oats)

5 tablespoons raw cocoa powder

4 tablespoons almond butter

1/2 dl melted coconut oil

3 tablespoons maple sirup

1 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Place coconut, oats flakes and cocoa powder into the food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until it’s fully mixed.

  3. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball. Continue doing this until the mixture has finished.

  4. Enjoy immediately or place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour for more firmness.
