Quinoa breakfast porridge

Ingredients
0.5 dl uncooked quinoa
1,5 dl unsweetened almond milk
5 almonds
a handful of blueberries or blackberries
2 tablespoons plain soy- or coconut yogurt
Method
Rinse the quinoa.
Add quinoa and almond milk to a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Leave to simmer until the milk is absorbed.
In a breakfast bowl, add the quinoa porridge and the remaining ingredients. Get your coffee and enjoy!
