Banana & white bean smoothie (trust me - it's delicious!)
Don’t be afraid of the white beans, they add protein and fiber and have zero taste!
Ingredients (serves one, use organic when possible)
1 frozen banana (in bites)
1 dl soy or coconut yoghurt (preferably with vanilla flavor)
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 tablespoon of your favorite nut butter
100 gram white beans
2 small, fresh dates (preferably Mazafati dates)
Method
Rinse the white beans and pit the dates. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until desired consistency. Add water if you want a more fluent texture.
