Overnight oats with kiwi & raisins

Ingredients (serves 1)

1 kiwi, peeled and cut in pieces

4 tablespoons rolled/ old fashioned oats

2 tablespoons chia seeds 

1 tablespoon raisins

2 tablespoons plain yoghurt of choice (no flavour)

4 tablespoons almond milk (no sugar)


Method

  1. Stir the kiwi pieces and all the dry ingredients together

  2. Add the yoghurt and milk and stir again

  3. Cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight

  4. Add a few walnuts to decorate before serving
